I had a warranty issue with my Kia. The closest dealership and service center was in Santa Monica, so I brought my car there with an appointment. After several attempts, they ultimately decided not to honor the warranty to fix the issue. The representative I dealt with was completely unprofessional.
I then contacted Kia Corporate, and they opened a case. After that, they advised me to take the car to Kia of Carson — where I originally purchased the vehicle. Kia Carson was very professional. Within 24 hours, they texted me to confirm that they would treat the issue as a warranty repair and would begin work as soon as the part arrived at their facility.
I highly recommend Kia of Carson. They were far more professional and made everything right. Thank you again, Kia Carson, for your help!

Towed my 2013 optima hybrid in because electrical warning lights came on turned it off would not start they found the problem fixed it no charge. Service Agent Davonna was so helpful even got a Uber home and keep me updated the hole time can't thank her enough

A visit was made to the dealership on June 5, 2025, for an oil change. I drive less than 2000 miles a year. Before purchasing my 2019 car, I would take my cars for oil changes and the repair shop might say you can wait. Your oil is clean and the filter is good. I would get the oil change anyway. At Kia of Carson, the service writer Billy Rubio was fine. My concern is the service. I did a not-so-good feedback and someone was supposed to contact me. No one has contacted me. When I left, I noticed that the time my door locks had been altered. The door would lock when I was driving. On the invoice is states that "California Law requires us to check the tire pressure on every service visit." There was no indication what the tire pressure was on the invoice. I knew that one tire had a lower pressure than the other tires; however, the indicator icon had not come on. Usually, there are future service recommendations. This time there were none. I have driven the car 60 miles since June 5th. While driving on the freeway today, the tire pressure indicator light came on. This suggests to me that the tire pressure was not checked. It led me to wonder what else was not done.

Thank you! Kia of Carson for helping us get the exact car we wanted and for ending what seemed to be a long and arduous journey to get the car we wanted.
We traveled to many dealers only to find disappointment and despair, but Kia of Carson delivered and much more. They had a bountiful amount of stock and plenty of variations to choose from of all Kia models. We wanted an EX X-Line in wolf grey with terracotta interior and they had it! Not only did they have stock but also great customer service. Daniel greeted us shortly after our arrival and was low key super chill and had a good vibe. Shortly after looking a few models they had on hand we did not see what we wanted, but Daniel said “we have a whole other lot with plenty more” we took a short drive over and quickly spotted the EX X-Line unicorn we wanted. Without hesitation we took note of it and returned back to the dealer.
Daniel then presented me and my family to Sales Manager Ali. Ali was great to work with. We got down to business very quickly. He helped us determine what the best way to go on our purchase and helped us make informed decisions. I have never been to a dealer that was not thirsty or desperate to make a sale. Ali was very transparent and professional. The service was the best I have ever had in the my history of purchasing cars. These guys gave us an honest and fair price. No crazy markups or unsolicited upgrades. We capitalized on some great incentives and discounts and took home the car we had been searching for.
Thank you Daniel and Ali for making this process so easy and free of hassles that typically go with a car buying experience. Highly recommend visiting Kia of Carson they are the best. For sure we will be back. We were at the dealer for a little over 2hrs tops! Tell them what you want, I’m sure they have it, go get your Kia! Easy, quick, painless, and fair. They were well worth the 200 mile drive to visit.
